Reservations are charged in full when booked and are non-refundable. Client has 24 hours to cancel his or her lesson. Cancellations on the day of or not attending a scheduled lesson will result in a full forfeiture. All balances are good at Diamond Turf for 1 calendar year and can be used for anything other than Velocity training.

Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policy. Reservations are not held until the non-refundable deposit is paid. Deposit is 50% of rental total. Balances are due 30 days before the first session.
