What are Indoor Hitting Leagues?
Diamond Turf Baseball & Softball Training Facility Hitting Leagues consist of 4 players that compete against each other to score as many points as possible in a 5 inning game. A game will consist of 200 swings total (100 swings per team). Each player gets 5 swings per inning. The goal is to hit baseballs at targets in the cage to score points. The team with the highest point total at the end of 5 innings is the winner.

When are the leagues and how long is the season?
We have a fall baseball league that runs September and October, and a Winter League that runs November and December. Each season runs approximately eight weeks which consists of a regular season followed by a league tournament for qualifying teams.

What if one of my players cannot make it for a week?
Teams should designate a 5th player as a reserve. This player participates if a player cannot make it one week. If a team competes with only three players one week, the lowest total points scored by a league player that week is automatically added to the team’s score in place of the missing player.
